About

Modern British food, built on Hampshire produce. Open in Romsey from 3rd August 2026.

Who we are

We cook around what Hampshire growers, farmers and day boats bring us, and change the menu as the seasons ask.

The restaurant sits in a Georgian terrace on Latimer Street: a dining space, a bar, and tables that catch the afternoon light.

The restaurant

Exposed brick, leather banquettes and tables close enough to feel full on a quiet night. A dining space for a long lunch or an unhurried dinner, and a bar to wait at while your table is laid.

In the kitchen

We keep the list short on purpose. It changes with the seasons and with what our suppliers have at their best, cooked simply and served without fuss. Good ingredients, treated plainly, are the whole idea.

Suppliers

We work with growers, farms and fishers across Hampshire and the south coast. We’ll introduce them here as the list is confirmed.

Reservations

A short menu, a warm dining room, and a table waiting. Lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
